he University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Drexel University plan to establish a national research center for Visual and Decision Informatics (CVDI). This multi-university
- industry research center is to be established as an National Science
Foundation Industry/University Cooperative Research Center. The Center's
mission is to research and develop next-generation visual and decision
support tools and techniques to enable decision makers in government abd
industry to fundamentally improve the way their organization's
