NIMSAT Institute presents 2011-2012 Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau Research Project

The NIMSAT Institute presented a math problem from the LA1/Port Fourchon project to Ms. Margaret Landry's math class at the Academy of the Sacred Heart (ASH) in Grand Coteau. The students will research and develop solutions as a team, and present their results later in the school year. This partnership in education allows the students to realize the importance of math and science in solving real-world problems.
