Dr. Kolluru to serve as panelist on the National Science Foundation Partnerships for Innovation Review Board - Monday, April 25, 2011

Dr.
Ramesh Kolluru will serve as panelist on the 2011 National Science
Foundation (NSF) Partnerships for Innovation (PFI) Program. The
program seeks to stimulate the transformation of knowledge created by
the research and education enterprise into innovations that create new
wealth; build strong local, regional and national economies; and improve
the national well-being through innovation and entrepreneurship. The
ideal project would consist of exploration, re-definition, and creation
of a novel platform, that is, one that can be applied to many markets
and problems/opportunities (multi-product or process platforms). In a
previous year, CBIT was a recipient of the NSF PFI grant for its
creation of the Louisiana Technology Incubator for Entrepreneurial
Success (TIES).
