GIS Technician

 | Mr. Jordan brings his extensive knowledge in GIS data model design and implementation, land record abstraction, GPS schema design and data collection, and over a decade of analysis and digitizing of GIS data. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Geography and GIS certification from the University of New Orleans. He has 12 years experience with GIS design, population, and implementation using ESRI programs. He has worked with CAD and COGO for 14 years on ESRI, Microstation, AutoCAD, and VL Systems (hydrographic flow networks, electrical networks, transit networks, planimetric surface features, political boundaries). He has Trimble ProXRS training and remote-sensing experience through stereo- compilation and raster georectifying. Mr. Jordan develops GIS applications and tools for mitigation into ongoing and proposed NIMSAT Institute research and development
